We read everything and answer what needs answering, usually within a few days — slower in the first two weeks of February, for reasons you can probably guess.
What to put in the message
- The occasion and the date. Everything else follows from how many days are left.
- The budget. A real number beats "not too much" every time.
- One true detail about her that is not "she likes candles" — the thing she has mentioned twice, or the thing she keeps replacing.
What we answer first
- Corrections. A wrong detail, a dead link, a product that no longer exists.
- Questions about a guide. If something was unclear, it was our fault, and the guide gets fixed.
- Suggestions. An occasion we have missed, or a question a guide should have answered and did not.
